Training Workshops for SERCO

We have delivered several training sessions on subjects ranging from "Advanced Training of Trainers, "Rules of Engagement for Systems Training" and "Clinics for the Accidental Trainer." All these sessions have generated extremely positive feedback and documented learning results.


Technology Training for ORACLE CRM at PBGC

The training developed for the rollout of Oracle CRM - a major software implementation at the Pension Benefit Guarantee Corporation (PBGC) - targeted more than 800 end-users. The implementation involved a call center, nine federal divisions and 11 field benefits offices across the US. Our "blended" approach influenced the change of PBGC-mandated policy about IT implementation training thoughout the agency.

We have facilited several online sessions on the subject of leadership using state-of-the-art e-learning tools and multimedia equipment on behalf of the USDA Graduate School in DC.


Developing Leadership Teams at PBGC with Jean Palmer

We have co-designed and co-facilitated a "Facilitation Skills" course with Jean Palmer Training for Success and Excellence to develop the facilitative leadership of dialogue/action planning for project managers. We customized the session to the needs of our trainees and used the principles of Action Learning as the foundation of our workshops.

Train-the-Trainer Strategy for YMCA of Greater OMAHA

In a three-day workshop we teamed with the client staff to design an internal 80-page curriculum for internal policies and procedures training. The workshop generated an unprecedented sharing of best practices across different branches and improved inter-office communication.


Diversity Cafe'at the Environmental Protection Agency

We facilitated four lively conversations about diversity at the EPA using the World Cafe' model. The ideas, perspectives and insights collected during the session were collected in a plan of action presented to management.


Effectiveness Workshop at the Organization of American States

Peter Drucker’s work on effectiveness was the backbone of a course we developed for the Organization of American States. The interactive training session explored ways to increase personal effectiveness to harness the participants'power of reflection on current work practices.
