At ParticipAction Consulting, we know that each client has a unique set of training needs and that quite often meeting those needs requires some minimal level of customization of our materials. Always within budget and mindful of delivering a quality product, we look at the whole picture: people, processes and technology. Working collaboratively with our clients we create the best possible conditions to ensure that the learning of your staff translates into your organization’s success. As such all our course offering include - without any additional cost to you:
- A Training Design Meeting to outline the results you want to obtain from the class and the needs of the learners;
- An Online E-learning Module, covering the key concepts and ideas of the content to be taught, accessed though a link sent to all trainees with an email message;
- A Web-conferencing Coaching Session 30 days after the workshop to support your staff in the work of applying what was learned in class;
- An Online Survey 60 days after the workshop collecting information on the results of the class, and the use of the content in day-to-day work.
